Fulfilment Model
About Our Fulfilment
Hush Little Baby is a UK-based online retailer operated by James Phillipson. We do not manufacture products ourselves. Orders are fulfilled by trusted UK/EU suppliers and partner warehouses. Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are dispatched from different fulfilment locations.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Order processing: usually 1–3 working days.
- Estimated delivery: usually 3–10 working days after dispatch.
- Large or specialist items: may take longer depending on supplier warehouse location.
Delivery estimates are guidance and may vary during busy periods, supplier delays, courier delays or public holidays.
Delivery Before Purchase
We aim to show clear delivery information on product pages and policy pages before purchase. If you need delivery information for a specific product before ordering, please contact us first.
Multiple Parcels
Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel if items are dispatched from different partner warehouses. This does not mean part of your order is missing.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Some products may have delivery restrictions depending on size, weight, supplier location or courier availability.
Tracking & Updates
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. If tracking is not immediately available, our support team can help check your order status.
