How We Ship Orders

Hush Little Baby is a UK-based online retailer operated by James Phillipson. We do not manufacture products ourselves. Many items are dispatched from trusted UK/EU supplier and partner warehouses.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Some products may have restrictions depending on size, weight, supplier location or courier availability.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery is typically 3–10 working days, depending on product availability, supplier dispatch time, courier service and warehouse location.

Split Deliveries

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra delivery costs solely because an order is sent in separate parcels unless clearly stated before purchase.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. Free delivery offers, where available, will be clearly shown on the website.

Tracking Information

Tracking information may be provided where available, depending on the product, supplier and courier used for your order.

Delays

Delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather disruption, supplier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos where possible.
