- Prepare nappies, wipes, clothing and other changing essentials before placing your baby on the mat.
- Remain within immediate reach of your baby throughout the entire change.
- Babies can move, wriggle or roll unexpectedly, even if they have not done so previously.
- The changing mat is not a restraint and should never be relied upon to prevent a baby from rolling or falling.
- Do not leave your baby alone while reaching for changing supplies or disposing of a nappy.

- Keep the changing area away from stairs, steps, open fires, heaters and other hazards.
- Keep electrical cables, blind cords and other potential entanglement hazards out of reach.
- Never place the mat directly onto a hot or heated surface.

- Remain within immediate reach of your baby at all times.
- Never rely on the mat, changing furniture sides or other raised edges to prevent a fall.
- Follow the changing table or nursery furniture manufacturer's instructions and maximum weight limits.
- If the mat does not fit the changing surface securely, use a more appropriate changing arrangement.
- A baby's mobility can develop quickly and unexpectedly.
- Do not assume a baby who has not previously rolled will remain in the same position.
- Keep one hand appropriately close to your baby during elevated changes.
- Never turn away or leave the changing area while your baby is on the mat.
- Reassess your changing setup as your baby becomes more mobile.
- This product is designed as a changing pad and not an infant sleep surface.

- Do not leave your baby to nap or sleep unattended on the changing mat.
- If your baby falls asleep during or immediately after a change, transfer them to an appropriate firm, flat infant sleep surface.
